Method 1:

Clear the cache and data of the Messenger App

Step 1: Go to “Settings” .

Step 2: Go To Apps or Application manager .

Step 3: Swipe to the Right to All Tabs .

Step 4: Find Messenger App and clear it’s cache and data .

Step 5: Now,Restart your Phone .

Step 6: Open Messenger and fill your Phone number and details .

Method 2:

Uninstall Messenger and Install it again from google Play Store .

Method 3:

Try older version of Messenger from www.apkmirror.com
